A foam roller is one of the tools I use regularly, to help my body stay agile and mobile.
WHAT IS FOAM ROLLING?
Foam rolling is a self-massage technique used to soothe tight, sore muscles.
WHY SHOULD I FOAM ROLL?
-helps prevent injury
-warms up the body
-speeds up recovery process
WHEN SHOULD I FOAM ROLL?
I recommend foam rolling:
-shortly after rising along with a warm up routine
-when you feel tight
-move slowly and intentionally
-breathe calmly and stay relaxed
-enjoy caring for your body in this way!

Don’t wait until you have an issue to use a foam roller. If you do it regularly as a part of a routine, you will feel the benefits and enjoy it!
